Virgin Money Lounges are about more than just money and banking - they are places where our customers can relax and local communities can meet. They are all part of our ambition to be a very different kind of bank - one that makes everyone better off.
Membership is free to Virgin Money customers, as are the refreshments, Wi-Fi and use of our iPads. Friends and family are welcome, and there's a children's area with books and games to keep the kids entertained while you relax. You can pop in any time to use our customer toilets and Baby changing facilities. We've got comfy armchairs and sofas to relax, as well as areas where you can login and service your Virgin Money products.
Access to the Lounge is at the discretion of the Lounge Manager, and there may be times when the Lounge is full.
