Security Solutions were called to a break in. Their operative fixed a padlock to the outside of the door. As it wasn't possible to lock the door from the inside the flat was uninhabitable until a real locksmith fitted a new lock. Security Solutions yes charged £121 for their "service" and threatened legal action when their bill wasn't paid in spite of it being pointed out that their job was not fit for purpose. They claim not to have received letters and do not reply to e-mail. This may not be typical of their service, at least I hope not! but I would never use this company again.
