Brilliant
Very happy daughter, we needed leotard tights and shoes. My little boy was quite naughty so I asked if they can help my daughter so I will be outside and only come back to pay. Brilliant and accommodating service and great products, I will be back for more.

Unacceptable customer service
went in a couple of weeks ago to purchase a pair of Childrens dance shoes, when a customer who the sales woman did not like made sure we all knew about it when she was there and when the customer left she loudly slagged off the customer which another lady who worked there so the rest of us could hear!!! Embarrassing experience And will not shop there again!!!!

Terrible Attitude, Unlawful Terms
I had the same treatment as detailed above by the manageress (Managing Director) today. Do not buy from this company unless you are happy to lose money. They do not comply with distance selling and e-commerce law, so I have reported them to trading standards today. If you have had a bad online experience with them, I suggest you do the same, so something is done about them. Purchased on-line not in store
If you have to use this retailer then I recommend that you order on-line. I recently purchased £80 worth of stock in store having returned home I compared the prices to their on -line store, only to find a price difference of £15. I contacted the store and spoke to an extremely rude and obnoxious manager who told me that I had paid extra because I was served by her and was paying for her time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
The service is terrible. My parcel went missing and I was made to wait 5 weeks before I was given a refund. Imade numerous calls and everyone passed the buck - never returning my calls when they said they would. The staff all seem terrified of the manageress who is the rudest women ever!! After eventually agreeing to give me a refund she slammed the phone down on me. People like this do not deserve to be business.

its been 28 days since item ordered. manageress speaks to you like you're s**t. taken money and she keeps saying it will arrive next week. have reported to ombudsman. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN UK!
The customer service I received in this ship is the worst I have experienced in my life! The manageress treats you like dirt - shop elsewhere at all costs.
