Terrible letting agents
Horrible service. Except the person showing the property everyone is unpleasant and rude. Extremely slow in processing documents and they will not do it unless you check on them everyday. Will never use their service again in any circumstance and I would advise anyone the same.

Bad service. Lost peace of mind
Rented a property from them from day one we booked the property we had trouble with them. They are really slow in processing documents and we had to follow up everyday. finaly after a month after agreeing for letting we moved in. The property wasnt cleaned the bathroom was bad. I would have thought they would have checked the property after the previous tenants left. The property had damping problem with one bathroom and it wasnt sorted out. Then finally we vacated the property and they took ages to return the deposit. The people there are really rude. They deducted a huge amount from the deposit however I have been chasing up for the invoice and they havent sent it to me yet. after a week of me asking. Horrible service I would never rent a property from them
