**Review received 12th August via another site (posted here by Ma'at Investigations) - "Neighbourhood Check - we were due to move house and asked Ma'at Investigations to investigate the area first. For a purchase amounting to over £200,000 we decided the £350 fee we were charged was worth doing, and potentially as important as a structural survey. The report we got was fantastically detailed and highlighted some issues we would not otherwise have known until after we'd moved in. They told us about local services etc, but more importantly they stayed outside the house we were moving to, asked questions locally (which we hadn't time to do ourselves) and noted noise levels and traffic at various times of day and night. The report included an incredible amount of information, it was provided in just a few days, and the communication was excellent. This company listens, understands, and provides."
