    On Monday 1st December we were visiting relations in Norwich, & in the afternoon went to the cinema. When we came out, my wife was taken ill and was hit I think by a stomach, bug at about 6pm. The response we got from your security staff was terrific, the gentleman cannot have been more attentive, concerned and helpful. The manager of the Pizza Hut who brought ot a chai was also very kind and supportive. I hope you will be able to pass on our thanks and appreciation. Yours Jerry Grant
