and let us know if we are right. Located in a building going back to the 11th century, Brummells offers a fascinating range of piscine treats, of which these are but the tiniest sample. Start with monkfish fritters and roast tomato relish and follow up with chargrilled tuna with compote of fruity curry marmalade – desserts tend to become an anachronism and some would think instead of that other starter that they had hated missing .

I love Brummells, it excite’s me on every level. Service is impeccable, food is hot, atmosphere is crackling. I can relax here, I am pampered her, I am fed well here.
