• Awful waste of time and money

  We rang to arrange a private party due to having some disabled members in our group and wanted to ensure only people within our friends were playing so as to avoid problems. We were told this was fine and confirmed our booking. When we got there we were told it wasnt a private game and we would be in with a very rowdy stag party. When we complained and explained the issues concerned, the people didnt care and told us pretty much to "put up and shut up" and had no concern over our health or well being. This became more evident in the game after one of the other party fired close range (within 2 meters) constantly on a lady in our group with arthritis and the person watching the game did nothing to help her or stop it. When we questioned why he did nothing he just laughed thinking it was funny. The staff are irresponsible and do not care about their customers and purely want your money. We paid for a full day yet at 2.30 they tried to cut our day short as they wanted to watch England play in the World Cup. We informend them that we refused to leave unless we got a full day of play or half the day refunded back to us including paintballs we had recently purchased under the impression by them the day would last longer. Personally I would say the employees were disgusting, rude and arrogant and even bullying at times. They had minimal health and safety training and I would suggest going to Combat Paintball in Thetford or even Megazone in Norwich instead for a much better day out!
