• Awesome fun!

  Have used this facility time and time again with few problems - occassionally there are technical issues but these happen everywhere but staff usually try resolve them quickly.

  For our son's birthday we arranged a one and a half hour session at Norwich's Megazone - Qusar Laser Adventure on St Stehpens Rd in Norwich. We booked this session to begin at 11:30am, we arrived at the premises at 11:15am following the instructions given to us by the individual we spoke to when making the booking about a week prior. The business details disclosed that it didn't open until 11:30 am but we patiently waited until 12:05pm and the place was still firmly closed despite knowing that this booking was for a child's birthday. This company destroyed my son's birthday, it is unforgiveable. I strongly suggest you avoid this company at all cost if you want to avoid disappointment. I'd also like to add the amount quoted over the phone for the session was a lot more than advertised on the door, so if you do decide to go make sure they don't rob you. Thank you
