• Very Poor Flowers

  I was devastated by the poor quality of the flowers and the follow up service provided by Margaret Emms for the cremation of my 104 year old grandmother. I paid £10 more than the highest rate for something extra special ordering a posy of mainly white lilies. When the flowers arrived there was not a white lily to be seen and the daisy petals were yellowing and dropped. I emailed and telephoned but received no explanation or apology! Their flowers were the worst ones at the cremation.

  I go to this florist every time. My wedding flowers were fab. The owners/staff are always polite and helpful. I have not found better quality anywhere else in norwich. Simply the best you can find

• Brilliant!

  I was amazed by the high standered service that i recieved when i went to the shop. The staff are amazingly good at their job, and help with a smile. I rate it 10 because the service and the quality of the flowers i recieved were the best that i have found around the city centre. I will definitly be going back in the near future.
