• superb service!

  I've buy all my furniture from Normans and so do my parents. They are a small family business and you can tell because of the friendly and helpful service they give. My recent purchase of a new bedroom suite went really well, the items were all in stock and were delivered the next day!! The delivery men even kindly moved my old furniture out into the garage for me. Excellent service and a really good price too!!

  I have bought a lot of furniture/household goods recently for a new flat and I used Normans in this instance as I thought that they would be more reliable than their internet competitors but they were the only firm to let me down with delivery. I was given an expected delivery date on order which was missed. I was then given a new delivery date which was also missed. I'm still waiting. OK, these things happen and I think that Normans have been let down by their supplier, but I'm having to check with them all the time, they didn't let me know about any of these delays. I'm not sensing that this problem is that significant to them or that they are putting much pressure on their supplier to resolve it.
